okay, i'm doing battery relocate and fuse box relocate, i was just wondering if i can just run the power wire from the battery to fuse box, and then connect it from the fuse box to the starter. will it be okay, or should i just run it separate.

Battery---fusebox---starter
instead of the normal fusebox---batery----starter.

 

yep alrite thanks, i didn't want to use 2 13ft wires.

 

would 4 gauge be good enough for the ground and power wires, or should i get 2 gauge.

 

im using 4 gauge without a problem. The only thing different i am doing is i have battery post mounted on my firewall and i am using them as a distribution block. So i have a cable from my battery to the back of the post, then a wire to the fuse box. The starter wire runs from the post to the starter. This set up has worked awesome for me so far.
