i kinda feel dumb asking this question but what is the difference between strut bars and sway bars?

where do each of them go?

 

Strut bars tie the tops of the shock towers together. Sway bars tie lower control arms together.

Strut bars is kind of a misnomer as 88-00 Hondas use shocks and not struts.

 

Sway bars eliminate body roll, strut bars eliminate chassis flex.

If you're looking for real results you can feel, go with the sway bar.

where do the sway bars go connected on the lower control arm?

 

Can you guys recommend some good brands? Im in the market for some sway bars and dont wanna get some crappy cheapies that r no good
