Will da 92-95 ferio sedan rear window visor fit the 92-95 civic coupe
hey guys i was wondering if any 1 knows if the 92-95 civic ferio sedan rear window visor will fit the 92-95 civic coupe. its the one goes near the roof if you don't know where its located... heres a picture of (feriokid's car)
x3 i want to know the same thing id like one on my ej1 ! also if the rear seats can be made to fit the coupe as well ....
in this thread: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2343332
someone (on page 5 or 6) said it's the same. I don't know out of 100% certainty though, but I'd def. like a confirmed answer because I've got the money on hold to order one if so!

You should mention this in the EG Squad thread. Perhaps someone there could at least make some measurements of their rear window so you could compare it to the coupe.
Better yet, I'm sure some have the visor and might be willing to measure the visor and take better photos of how it looks up close when mounted.

Since it's applied by sticky tape, it would probably not be ideal to take it off just to see if it fits another car. It will probably not stick as well again and would at least need new tape.

I've held mine up to my coupe too. Mine is brand new, still in the packaging. The upper corners of the window are not the right angle as the sedan ones are and IIRC the coupe window isn't as wide (or visa versa).
Either way it just didn't match perfectly enough for me to warrant putting it on my car.

No.
I have an EGR rear visor. Still with the package and hardware, never installed.
I have a '98 coupe.
We held the visor up as though to install it. It did not fit perfectly.
We confirmed the EGR rear window visor for a sedan does not fit perfectly on a coupe.
The end.
Then you came in and tried to talk **** for whatever reason.

the other guy has a pic of it on his car, why are you saying it doesn't fit his car?
thats like that other dude in the accord forum telling me my wheels on my car do not fit on the car that they are on right this SECOND.
lol honda-tech = lack of knowledge, here say and arrogance.

With wheels they either fit or they don't. There isn't much "making" a wheel fit without modification. I don't know what the concern of the guy you talked to was. Wheels have a lot of different dimensions for how they can fit and there are other factors which can change if a certain wheel will or will not fit a car.
Body parts are a little more "opinion" based.
For example, I've seen people who are perfectly happy with a 5th gen coupe front bumper on an otherwise stock 5th gen sedan.
But I think it looks like *** because it fits like ***.
So again, the EGR rear visor, WHICH I OWN, does not fit the '98 Civic coupe, WHICH I ALSO OWN, to a degree that I would be happy with.
Coupe and sedan windows are a bit different and when I test fitted the visor it wasn't perfect on the car, so I'm not putting it on. To me that means "does not fit". It did not fit as it was intended to fit on the sedan. Flawlessly.
I'm not trying to put down the guy who owns the other car. In the photos it looks fine, but then again that might not be the case. He seems like a nice enough guy though.
Then again, isn't this thread about 5th gens and not 6th gens? Is this just people trying to start a fight in general or are you pissed at me because I can manage to contribute once in awhile? I just don't get people who act like that.

i know huh,? didn't my pic above show how poorly fits? i guess it would be ok on a black coupe so as the general shape is there.
