My accord started to run hot this summer. On normal days, below 90 it's fine. If it gets above 90 the temp gauge will run to the top of the scale when sitting still or city driving. There's no leaks and the system is full.. The radiator fans are also comming on so i was thinking of replacing the thermostat and going from there.

Any ideas of things to look for? My car has almost 200k on it and still runs like new otherwise...

May be your temp sensor. Do you have problems starting the car in the heat?
