Default CEL after install of Greddy Header.

I have a 2000 Honda Civic Si. I installed a Greddy one peice 4-2-1 header. After everything was hooked up and torqed to specs, i disconected the batter to reset. then the CEL came on. I hooked it to an OBDII reader and the code was P0132 which pretty much says that im running rich. The light wasnt on before. Could it be that i have a faulty O2 sensor?? Cant think of anything else.
