just got window tint installed but seems light. Anyway to check the VLT? (tint %)?

Default just got window tint installed but seems light. Anyway to check the VLT? (tint %)?
I got solargard quantum 19 but it seems kinda light...Maybe its just me its supposed to be 20% VLT. Is there a way to check. Can I go to an inspection shop and have them check it? What to do?

go speeding thru town and get pulled over and after you get the speeding ticket, ask the coper to check your tint % lol then u will prolly get another ticket to it being to dark.. but hey thats my only way i know of checkin'

wait till the tint drys...it will get darker as it drys and pastes to ur glass....
