Random bolt ratteling around in the head?

Random bolt ratteling around in the head?
At least that what it sounds like in my head...I have a b16 and there is an "on and off" tapping...I thought it was my valves so i head them adjusted, still didn't fix it. I went ahead and replaced the injectors, still didn't fix it. I wanna say its the LMA's but i don't want to change those and it still doesn't fix the tapping noise.
Please help me fix this!

most likely LMA's. Very common on the B16.
Just pull the valve cover off and do a push test on them. See if they respond or feel dead.
May be time for some H22 LMA's

yeah that's what i came to a conclusion of...but when i did the test two felt stuck? one in the area of where the noise sounds to be originating from but no noise from where the other one is...I hope thats it can you ruin your head if you drive to long with bad lma's?
