bisimoto is da bomb
well I saw that bisimoto has made f seris engine that hit 9sec without turbo. I was wondering has anyone gave thought to build up a motor. Being f seris and, also how much hp under that bisimoto f seris engine I mean it hit 9 sec.?????
in the neighborhood of 300 in a super lightweight chassis. and we ALL think about it every day. i personally have an almost 200hp TURBo accord and it sux cuz im heavy. but its a DD and it runs excellent for what it is. the track car is in the garage or on my trailer
nice call mang, you have a nice build to my man.
yep bisi is near 450hp, and cisco, is doing a not so similar, but very high cr f22 also. i think his goal is near 250, im not sure though. i know he had bisi make him his cam, valvetrain, pistons, and i believe something else. dh racing i believe did his i/m, t/b, and head.
n/a is hard to get the high hp, def a lot of money and time and tuning as with any build. just for money/power, boost is best.

If you really want a motor that can put out that kind of power out of a F series look at his new web site. http://www.bisimoto.com He is now offering full engine building services. But for a N/A motor that will get you close to 350-390HP your going to be looking at around $10k for just the block and head.
Just something to think about.
Just something to think about.
Thanks for the kind words, all.
BTW, you would be shocked on how cost effective it is to make power on an F series. The head flows quite well, even in factory form. For example, our level 2 cam ($229 in non vtec) has been proven to yield almost 30hp with that mod alone! Throw some compression and a decent flowing intake manifold...voila...200hp easily! Do not port your head with us, unless you like wearing diapers!

I haven't spoken with cisco in a while but he did get the cam, valvetrain and pistons from bisi but bisi didn't make the pistons iirc. They were a new product from "can't think of who it is" that bisi got for him and then coated, but I could be wrong there. DH Racing did work on his IM plenum and runners, he also got a large TB from them. But he changed his mind on the head they did for him and sold that head to have another head done to bisi's recommendation, again iirc. Cisco also got one of bisi's headers. Last I talked to him he still needed to tune it but he was really busy with his wedding. He has a nice build going, cant wait to see it finished.
