Default Interest in stainless longtube header from forum Sponsor?

I spoke with Subliminal in creating a stainless long tube performance header for us s2k owners. Currently the market is full of headers with little to no gains and a few headers that have seen some significant gains at a price that most are not able to afford. Subliminal has offered to help us out given enough demand.

Please look at some of his work below. The quality looks amazing and so are his prices! The kits looks really complete.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/2052395

Here is a starting point for what I am looking for.

http://www.gotuning.com/images...b_big

If there is enough interest, I am willing to take the production header and do before and after dynos. He has also willing to produce test pipes and has offered a 70mm collector if there is interest.

POST HERE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED!!!

it certainly looks nice!

I think I could be intrigued.

Would they do ours in that nitrate coated steel?

I would love to see how it compares to the Berk header, I am planning on getting one very soon.

Please do a search on s2ki.com for dyno #'s of the berk. Although it is a very nice header, there are very little gains for the header without their testpipe/hfc.

Hi guys
Peter K has brought it up to me that there is a bunch of headers out there for the s2000, but as he said there is little to zero gains from them.
I'm willing to produce a header for you guys as long as there are interest of 50 pre- orders .
as you all of you guys know, i stand behind the products i sell and i will not skimp out on quality.
all welds will be up to par

the catch is that there will only be 1 header that will be produced,
so i need all you guys to chime in and come up with a decision on 1 choice of header,
the header will have to be the best choice from all of you guys with best power gains.

i guarantee no fitment problem or anything wrong with it,
and for the first few 50 header for the preorders there will be nitrate coating for these pre-orders

i vote for a header that will make most gains with simple bolt-on like intake (most don't make hp but do help in getting cold air), exhaust (most don't make hp also, just for sound, looks and drop weight) and test-pipe (the only think that actually make any power). i would think that the average s2k owner don't do any internal mods. and maybe tuned with a piggy back like VAFC or e-Manage.

i think that you would have to make a prototype, dyno test it and show the result before anyone is willing to put a deposit on one.

i have my money ready when i see dyno results.

make sure you don't sell it at an affordable price or people in the S2000 forum will think its junk.

Ain't dat the truf....

Does everyone agree that a design similar to the ASM 07 is the way to go?
Also would anyone be interested in a 70mm collector (2.75 inches)? The s2000 has seen the most gains with 70mm straight through(including exhaust .. but lets keep the focus to header and testpipe for now).

What is nice is that the Kenny is willing to produce a matching 70mm test pipe with perfect fitment. So everyone post their opinions!!!!!!!

well i want it to be somewhat affordable!

I am running a Comptech SC. I am keeping stock exhaust (for now anyways) so, as long as it will be good for that with a high-flow cat I am game!

i can guarantee the first 100 that comes out , can be titanium nitrate coatd , but these would only be offered for the pre orders of the headers

That sounds fantastic. Depending on dyno results I would most certainly be interested!

If you are interested, please post which style header you are interested in as Kenny would need this to start the the design and build process.

I would be considerably interested in this design to get ahold of one in the first 100 made, my question is what it would produce in terms of power and what the final design of the tubes would be in regards to the size of the primaries, secondaries and the outlet? 70mm would be very nice to see. When you guys get the dyno done and makes sense, I would be up for an order.

Let us know of the price too,
