Default 96 DX Bseries swap....secondar o2 sensor wiring?

i have a 96 dx hatch, with a ls/vtec gsr head. i just picked it up, and one of the problems with the car is that it is throwing cel # 65, which is secondary o2 sensor heater wire. so i thought maybe the sensor came unplugged. So i got up under the car, and i find the sensor, with the plug hanging there. My question is that i cant find the OEM o2 plug ANYWHERE, i searched on here, but couldnt come up with where the wiring for it comes from. I read somewhere that it comes through the floor? is it not connected to the main harness. any help would be great.

thanks

i thought it was only the EX or SI that had the secondary o2 thru the floor..
on the dx/lx it should be part of the engine harness.. it should be next to the primary o2 connector. atleast thats how it is on my 96 lx.. they have identical harnesses.
