Default proper procedure to fix idle on a d16y8

i recently spun a bearing b/c my idle was so low that when my oil got hot i'd lose oil pressure.

i tried turning the screw when the car was on but it didnt do anything

so can somone tell me the proper procedure for adjusting idle using the screw?

i already cleaned my iacv btw

Get engine to operating temp., shut off, disconnect iacv, start engine, turn screw in to lower idle or out to raise, shut off, plug iacv back in, remove back up fuse to clear iacv code, replace fuse and start up, check idle speed

No fuse for the iacv, unplug the sensor itself. On the firewall side of the intake plenum
