I purchased a set of innovative motor mounts billet, with 85a race bushing inserts around the 15th of may. (the kit was for a 98 integra bseries with a/t to m/t mount) give or take a day.it is now the 20th of august and i have no mounts! He told me the a/t to m/t mount was on back order so i called innovative myself and spoke to them around mid to late june. theny told me the would be sent through production and be shipping out within the next week. I have called camp1320 everyday multiple times a day for almost a month straight and have not been able to get a hold of ANYONE! and the one time i did he told me he was just helping tom out on the weekend and had no idea what was going on with my order and would have to wait for tom to get back in the office. but then i could never get a hold of anyone after that. I have left several voicemail messages asking for them to contact me including sending them messages on myspace and honda-tech. all to no reply. I paid $330 for the mounts shipped and would like them to just refund my money at this point. If I do not hear from them by tomorrow I am calling my credit card company and reporting them for fraud.

sry to hear that but robear racing sucks sooo much more than 1320, those *********** sent me the wrong mounts. I ordered ek mounts and he sent me the engine adn rear but an eg tranny mount and never replaced it.

Tom has never done me dirty! I don't go anywhere else besides Camp. Whenever I need something its always in stock and at a great price. I know this is a Camp 1320 bash thread, but I gotta throw in my 2 cents. Thanks Tom for all the great parts! Camp 1320 represent!!
wow, I really hope Tom & Camp1320 ain't starting to go downhill. I've always had quick & good service from them, aswell as great pricing.

Im going to give camp1320 (tom) or a rep to respond to this thread all Im asking is keep it clean. Thats a good thing. Its only right that the customers know about issues pertaining to that certain shop. Whether it be xxx or xxx if several people are having issues and the vendor does nothing to rectify the situation its only right that people are warned, in a sense.

sorry to hear about your situation but Tom is often out of town, and when he's not the cutomer service is good. It sounds like innovative is having a problem getting there supplies to satisfy there customers. it's not camp1320's fault. if it's on backorder then it's on backorder. get your money back. Tom is not shady. I've delt with him with spending alot more than you have. the refund wouldn't be a problem. he's not my friend!!! I just know a good shop when I see one, and his buisness is not a online store!!

the problem is I can not get a hold of tom to get my money back!

It just seems like shops sometimes take on more than they can handle. They try to put their name out there and get a good rap but when business starts coming their way, they cant the load.

Tom is out of town this weekend. I will find out whats up with your mounts monday and will have a update for you.
Tom is a busy guy and you might not always get the fastest/best service but he stocks things a lot of people don't and his prices are always good.

i never did get a hold of tom, you would think he would at least man up and send me a pm or something but nope. the day after i made the post on ht i got a hold of innovative themselves and they gave me the run around of oh its shipping tomorrow everytime i called them, until this last friday i finally got a tracking number from them. Lets hope i get the mount kit soon bc this has put a huge damper on working on my car and ordering new parts for it, this race season. I just wanted to share my experince with camp1320 so maybe people in the future dont have to go through what i have gone through. Thanks for all your inputs and i am glad that some of you have had no problems but It sure seems like there are quite a few people who have, too many for me to recommend anyone to do business with them.
