Default Help code 8 and code 9.

I've had my check engine light on since i got the car. I checked it today and i'm getting a code 8 and code 9 and according to http://fourthgenhatch.net/helms-ecucodes.html i'm getting a tdc position(code 8) and a No. 1 cylinder position (code 9).
Is this telling my that my cam timing is off? I ask if it is the cam because it doesn't say btdc it just says tdc.

check the inside of your distributor, something is loose or not working. I had this problem with my 91 integra and turns out it's the distributor internal that were bad, after getting a new distributor, the problem went away.

I'm sorry i guess i should have posted my car is running great. I just drove 500mi+ to kansas city and back. Granted i'm only getting 35mpg at 75mph but it does have the 4.22 gear ratio. One thing my car does is every once in a while it will get a studder at like 2300rpm every time it gets there the car studders no matter what gear. Sometimes it's higher in the rpm range and if i shut off the key it goes to 2300rpm. But no mater what rpm it does it at it starts at that rpm from when i turn the car on
