i want to adjust my idle screw b/c my car is idling too low, and when my oil gets hot it thins out and b/c of my idle i lose oil pressure .. this caused me to spin a bearing .. but luckily i caught it quick enough and i'm going to replace it
but this is my question. i know that moving the screw outward increases the idle .. but wont it eventually set back down to what the computer thinks is stock?

ahh ... should i keep the car on the whole time? or unplug it .. turn it on .. adjust the screw .. then turn it off and plug it back in?
