Default idle screw question

i want to adjust my idle screw b/c my car is idling too low, and when my oil gets hot it thins out and b/c of my idle i lose oil pressure .. this caused me to spin a bearing .. but luckily i caught it quick enough and i'm going to replace it

but this is my question. i know that moving the screw outward increases the idle .. but wont it eventually set back down to what the computer thinks is stock?

You are supposed to unplug the IACV when ever you are adjusting the idle screw, and plug it back in when you are done.
