my EX didn't come with rear disks, but my friend can sell me some rear hubs off of a 2000 integra.. i know it's a direct bolt on, but will my stock LCA's work with the DC hubs?

sort of a nub question but i don't want to put a few hours of work in and nothing works...

 

Just swap the hubs onto your existing trailing arms, no other mods necessary.

You will also need brake lines, e-brake cables and EM1 si prop valve.

 

Yes your LCAs will work, but if you can I would get the teggy LCAs since it makes future sway bar installation much easier.

CTR sway does bolt up to factory EK LCA's though. That's what I'm using.

 

All EK (USDM) rear LCA's have the hole for the sway bar so you should use your EK LCAs and yes they will bolt up no problem to the Integra trailing arms.

i bought some goodridge ss brake lines, and they came with the rear.. can i just use those?..
and will a prop valve from an integra work?

You can use the Goodridge brake lines, yes. I wouldn't bother changing the prop valve in the EK.

 

I bought the Goodridge G-Stop lines for my swap and they DID NOT work. I bought an EM1 kit and the flare was not the same on the stainless line as it was on the hard line attached to the car. The Integra kit MIGHT work, I haven't tried. I got stock rubber lines from an EM1 and they fit perfectly.

The rear discs will function with the stock prop valve, but it's not ideal. You can use the EM1 prop valve for a bolt-in swap, or use the Integra prop valve with some hard line bending.

Weird, I used the 99-00 Civic Si Goodridge steel braided lines in my EK hatch and Sedan and they worked perfect.

Yah, Tire Rack and Goodridge could not understand the problem and ultimately gave me a refund. Could have been a batch made with the wrong parts or something.

Just FYI for ohsnap, make sure the seat inside your Goodridge line looks like a little cone. If it is flat, like mine were, they will not seal.

Sucks you had to go through all that trouble.....

 

i just installed my drilled and slotted brembo blanks, hawk hps, goodridge front lines.. motul dot 4 fluid on all four corners... feels alot better then my old icky sticky fluid, rubber lines and warped rotors!..


they seem to perform real well when warmed up.. the next test is to see if they put out alot of dust on my white wheels

 

will the hubs of an 90-93 integra fit, the ek? i have lcs to and sway can any one tell me if will it work, thx ill really appreciate, op srry for kinda of threadjacking ur post.

 

I woudl actually like to know if they will fit as well. I have a line on a free 91 teggy that I would like to use for parts. But, since I'm new to the game I don't know specifically what will and won't fit on my 98 civic ek.

 

can some1 asnwer my question and tell me why not? i dont wanna go try and waste hours why it doesnt fit? plz.

-integra ebrake cables
-my goodridge SS lines for my 99 ex civic will work right?
-integra LCA's (my rear shocks are made for an integra, the forks are wider)
-integra rear sway
