06 Type S wheels for ITR wheels plus cash

06 Type S wheels for ITR wheels plus cash
just wanted to know if there is anyone out there that wants 2006 Acura type S wheels and are willing to trade them for DC5 ITR wheels in white or gunmetal and plus cash on my part 
Condition: 7/10 they have minor curb on the sides (bought the car that way), no bent rims
Tires: 7/10 they are on stock tires 215/45/17 have about 70-80 percent threading left
