Intake manifold and TB question

My car: 1997 Civic with a B18c1 engine and tranny.
Current set up: Built Head with skunk2 parts, forged valves, stg 2 cams, valve springs etc. Skunk2 IM, and custom SRI with K&N filter.
Future set up: Kamikaze 4-1 header, 2.5 inch mandrel bent piping, high flow cat, RSR ex-mag, ITR pistons, B16 tranny and a bigger TB.
My question is how big should the TB and is the Skunk2 IM good for my setup? Honestly my hp goal is from 190-210 and I don't mind that my peak torque comes in late. I know theres a relationship between the plenum size and the TB size but I haven't been able to find the plenum size for the Skunk2 im. The reason I'm asking is b/c I know someone selling a Blox IM port matched for a 70mm tb and he also has the 70 tb. So any suggestions? Any advice?
