I'm thinking of installing the master bushing kit myself and i also want to install the rear trailing arm bushings. How many parts would have to be pressed on? and is there a tool i can buy that is universal for all the parts that need to be pressed on including the rta?

 

the most difficult for me were the inner lower control arm bushings.. I ended up having to use a torch and air hammer. damn 18 year old bushings!

Yeah, but is this for a urethane kit or a rubber bushing kit?

 

energy polyurethane bushing kit and oem trailing arm bushings

 

I purchased and installed energy suspension's poly complete bushing kit. I bought on ebay from an outlet that i have spent a good bit of money with, no problems, time consuming, but well worth it.

 

so what kinds of press did you use?

 

oem trailing arm bushings just beat out with hammer and tap back in with smaller hammer. shouldnt take more then 10 minutes a side.

the other ones you will need a press or spend forever burning, scraping and cussing them out.

 

Does anyone make an oem style rubber bushing kit?

 

Does anyone know of what kind of press i should use to take the old bushings out and put the new one in?????
