Fuse # for power outlet of civic 2006

My power outlet isn't working, I believe the fuse has blown out, couldn't find the fuse # in the owner's manual. Does anyone know the fuse # for the power outlet of civic 2006?

which power outlet? the dash or the one inside the armrest?

Power outlet at the dash board, under the radio/CD Player. It's a LX, there's no power outlet inside the armrest. Thanks.
