Default ITR rear trailing arm

Are the USDM and JDM ITR rear trailing arms different? If I have EG LCA's and coilovers, can I still use them when I switch to 5 lug with the USDM rear trailing arms? Thanks!

The coilovers have nothing to do with the trailing arms (the dampers mount to the lower control arms), so you won't need to change anything.
