heheheheh.

Just save up 4-6 grand and turbo it.

honestly though, if your on a budget you don't want to be doing performance stuff just yet. Start with routine maintenance stuff like brakes, fluid changes, filters, and by doing such familiarize yourself with your car.

Buy a hanes or equivilent shop manual for your 4th generation prelude 1992-1996 years will cover your car.

With any money left over after doing regular maintenance work on your car, pocket it or bank it. Things will go wrong with your car so its good to keep a 1000 dollar buffer to repair them when they do.

When you get 2 grand in the wallet, than start installing performance parts. At this point though you need to start planning your goals and make sure you aren't buying redundent parts that arn't going to support your future goals thus being wasted money.

READ READ READ before you start doing any mods or upgrades too. Than any questions after you've read things, than post here seeking clarification.

there is a couple of things that could be. First make sure that the throttle cable isn't too tight. You should some play in it. Second, the idle air screw it the front of the throttle body, at the top. make sure no one has messed with this. it should have a grey coating on it. If it has been messed with try screwing it all the way in. Also, A bad vacuum leak can make it "idle roll". check vacuum lines and also the intake manifold gasket.
