eg to ek compatability
First off, let me say I'm sorry for asking this question, I'm sure its been beaten to death and common knowledge, I did search but "eg" and "ek" are not indexed.
Anyways, the deal is I have a eg coupe (with some decent suspension) and I just picked up a stock 00 Si civic that needs to be dropped about 3 inches.
So... my question is will they swap over? I assume they won't, but is there a non-ghetto way to make it work?

The suspension, will they swap from the eg to the ek?
Found out already, just started pulling suspension and compared them. The front shocks are the same except they dont have the brackets for the brake line.
The rears will need to be shimmed (when putting eg suspension on the ek). I just used about 5 washers on both sides and it seemed to work fine.
If someone wanted to put thier ek suspension on a eg the rear will need a little modification (because the ek "forks" that attach to the lower control arm are closer together. I don't think I would want to do this swap personally, but I think it could fit by grinding down the mounting points with... lets say a 4.5" grinder.
Also, for added information, the drop is exactly the same on the eg and ek's relative to the tire to fender gap (or lask thereof in my case)
