Leave the CRX stock or swap?!?
I have a 1991 CRX Si that is yellow with a black interior. It is very clean and the body has no rust. I would like to sell it and get a four door Civic. It currently has the d-series and tranny out. I have a b18b1 from a 2001 Integra as well as the parts to swap.
Would it bring more with or without the swap?

Stock would be the best way to sell it. Several reasons. First being that you are open to a broader range of potential buyers and not just honda fanatics. Second most people do not work on their cars and take it to a shop to get repairs done. Usually these shops refuse to work on modded cars. Third, swapped cars attract younger buyers who need parental permission to purchase. Ask yourself would you buy a swapped car from someone you don't know? Goodluck

I have almost all of the parts for the B series but I am missing some of the stock stuff.
I guess I should just sell the swap and then buy the missing stock parts.
Stock is usually the way to go but I didn't know.

I'd just put the swap in since it won't cost you anymore. Then go take it to the meet they are having in TN for the second year(TN2 or something)-look in events and meets, southeast. As it being yellow,if that is the stock color, some people believe in the Y49 curse, lol.Good Luck

That part of making it worse, just an urban legend. The Y49 part seems true, lol

Leave it stock. It will get more money.
What would you rather buy? A bone stock one, or a swapped one with who knows what done to the wiring?
Im not saying you will do a poor job, but just think the way you would if you were to buy it.

id say ud get more for it stock. not too long ago i seen a 91 red si with 175k miles go for $6800 on ebay. it was amazing cause it wasnt even mint, mine is in better condition. I never saw a swapped crx go for that much unless it had lots of work.
