Default I NEED HELP! smog referee!

ok so here's what happen, driving on i-24 then cop pulled me over. He said i was stopped because of loud exhaust and my car is to damn low! WTF!!!! my exhaust is a glass pack cherry bomb and its been there since i got it from the old owner. Then he asked me to pop my hood, so i poped the hood and saw my illegal air intake. now he writes me ticket for loud exhaust and the f***in illegal air intake that its been there since i got the damn car. now he said to call a smog referee and then he told me that the smog referee is already shut down and no longer there because of the budget. so my question is where can find a smog referee near san Fransisco up here in norcal. oh and what kind of legit exhaust should i use to on my si i already went on greddy website and i have no exhaust there can someone give me advise on this thanks. one more thing the pig let me go off to my car being too low, also he measured it its 19" i see a lot of jdm here that are hella low how the heck do they get away with it i. i need advice i always get pulled over because of that! [freak]n pigs

There is a BAR station up in san bruno @ skyline college but right now BAR stations are closed til the state passes a budget. You can't even make an appointment right now

Wow that is crazy... I know a retired state cop, he told me that state law in Virginia says cops can pull your tags for having a NON-STOCK suspension or exaust, but they never do.

i got this same ticket, that said i had to take it to the ref. i took it to a CHP officer and had him sign it off after i put my stock one back on. turned it in and paid the $10 fix it ticket fee.

police cannot require you to go to a ref station. they are not qualified for this inspection, they can only right what they think is wrong, so you should put your stock stuff back on and get it written off just like a regular fix it ticket.

i dont get it why would the cop give us ticket like that if they know that smog referee is closed already. f*** and my car is not that even low they always pull me over because of that. and plus i observed how the cop do when they going to pull me over. they taking to long behind me after 10 mins or 20 of following me then they going to pull me over **** i hate it.
