Honda lists a foglight lens, but I'm not 100% sure that it really is just the lens.

Either way it won't be yellow. It will be clear from the US dealer.

Same one I was thinking of.

Lists as $21.20.

If you wanted to go aftermarket you could find a used set somewhere and just swap out the lens, or just buy a whole new fog light set.

Not a bad idea, but wouldn't the light from the fogs be shining all over the place then? Since it wouldn't have a lens to restrict it.

I'm not sure what type of bulb is back there. It almost looks like a projection type housing, so maybe not. I would pull the broke lens off and install them and compare the light out put of each. If it's about the same just go that route.

I know OE and Esuse lights are nearly the same throughout for '96-'98. So aftermarket might work.

Are these real or the knock offs? Why is one busted, looks like you just bought them?

How did you bust one? Just buy another set, they are like $40 shipped on eBay.

It will be clear since it's USDM. Therefore you would need two, which would be the same price as just buying a whole new set.
