ok so i bought this ek hatch shell, and has si rear discs. and when i got it the master cyl. was out and all the lines in the bay were disconnected. i hooked everything up, bench bled the master, bled the brakes 2 times now, but when i start the car, the brake pedal does not do anything and i step on it and it goes to the floor. any ideas what i can do??
i have been out of a car for a week and a half and really really need to get this done!!

have someone press th eopedal, and check all the soft hoses at each wheel, and loo for uldging if the soft hose has failed, it will swell up like a tumor when you press the pedal, and shrink back down when you let off, and this swelling could be where the fluid is going. if not BLEED MORE or try a different technique

 

Bleed more, I bled my brakes 6 times after my rear disc swap.

 

takes allot of bleeding when they lines are open and dry to get them primed right, first time i replaced an entire system i got worried i had a leak but just keep bleeding them.
