damn, i'm sorry hope he pulls through... reminder since the weekend is upon us... ride safe everyone, and drinking and riding never mix..

 

Even though what he was doing wasn't the most brightest idea, I hope he fully recovers soon and can learn from this lesson.

 

My prayers go out to him...I don't care how terrible his judgements were at the time...Just hope to see him make it out of that hospital alive and in running condition.

Will be in my prayers. It is important to remember we've all done stupid **** and we we're lucky to get away with it. Some aren't so lucky.

 

Sorry to hear about your friend's accident. Hope he pulls through and has the chance to learn from his mistake.

I dont want to be an ***, but driving like he was hes asking for trouble. What a stupid accident that was entirely his fault and totally preventable. I hope your friend is OK - but i hope he learns from...

 

I hope your friend recovers so he can learn that his accident was completely preventable.

I should probably feel more sympathetic for you and your friend, but it's hard to do so when he was being so blatantly reckless.

i really hope he makes a full and speedy recovery, he's very young and deserves a good chance at life. is it a bit stange that he didnt hit any car only for the FHP cruiser? i got a thought instantly that maybe the cruiser saw him comin and tried to stop him or scare him? anyone get that idea? the last time i got pulled for speeding, the cop pulled out on the road in front of me in an unmarked car and then hit the brakes, i was extremely lucky (in every sense) that i was able to stop in time

 

not to be harsh but I really cant feel sorry for someone who could have killed someone else (I have had a good friend who had his life taken by a drunk driver)

Hamstr323 you're right. Pending the results and his recovery, he's looking at some more troubles perhaps. But even then as a friend of mine I hope everything works out and he realizes he can't be doing that. Face the consequences but at the same time learn to be more careful and responsible.

What's his current condition? Please keep us updated.

 

Two broken legs at the moment and some broken ribs. He has surgery Friday morning. I will be seeing him tonight and I will post the results tomorrow.

 

SO SORRY TO HEAR THAT MAN IM SURE HE IS IN A LOT OF PRAYERS, A DEAR FRIEND OF MINE WAS RIDING ON HIS WAY TO WORK AT ABOUT 7:40AM ON 08/18/08, ON THE EAST COAST IN THE STATE OF DELAWARE, HE WAS SPEEDING AND CAME UPON A REDLIGHT, COULD NOT STOP IN TIME AND WAS KILLED INSTANTLY, IT'S NOT WORTH IT ONCE YOU THINK ABOUT ALL THE PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT YOU, I WOULD DO ANYTHING JUST TO TALK TO HIM ONCE MORE TO LET HIM KNOW THAT EVERYONE IS HERE FOR HIM. POLICE SAY HE WAS DOING AT LEAST 100M.P.H. REST IN PEACE JOHN T. DOYLE. AT LEAST HE ISN'T SUFFERING.

 

Stupid mistake, paid the price, none the less. He is alive and can learn from this. I will pray for him man.

Wow....how is his mental state? I mean..he's not in a coma or anything right? from severe head trauma?

Is he able to walk again?
