imma still a nooby to this JDM world but i just installed a fidanza short thro shifter and this morning i was driving to work and i heard a rattling noise coming from under the car it only happens when i let go of the gas and let the car decelerate but when i press the clutch the noise goes away while decelerating idk if i need a new clutch cuz it catches high and theres a squeeling noses when i press it some1 please help me out e-mail danseng28@yahoo.com please help

 

Your new shifter will place the shift linkage lower than it was. Odds are the linkage is vibrating against the exhaust as the engine rocks back into position.

 

is there anyway to fix that or make the shift linkage higher or no
