WTB in NC: $8000 cash in hand...NEED TO BUY A CAR

i got $8000 CASH IN HAND!
and looking for a car...
prefer eg or ek hatch w/b-series swap, or dc teg...
must be clean, swapped if possible, and AC IS A MUST! PS is a plus....
