My buddy just called me up he font a 92 civic hatchback and a acura intagra with a b20b so the question what would it take to put that motor in the civic Or is it worth my time.

it's a straight b-series swap, the MOST common swap ... the only thing is it's b20... light truck/suv engine in passsenger car engine isn't legal..

in CA, the rest of the country doesn't really care.

 

Except Ohio too, anyways its pretty straight forward swap. Just dont get pulled over for anything and keep the Po Po from looking under the hood.
