Default is camber my problem??

So i lowered my car about a month ago, got some new tires, and just breaking in the new setup. I have been trying to chase the gremlins out of the suspension but i cant seem to shake em.

car: 2000 integra

my problem: I get real bad vibrations from my front tire rubbing when i turn slight right through a full right turn, my left tire used to have the same problem but does not anymore, for some unknown reason. I took the wheel off and noticed that the tire was rubbing away the inner lip of my fender, i mean the lip on the inside toward the shocks, I am wondering if this is due to poor camber or what actions I can take to fix it, I tried shaving away some material but no luck. thanks in advance

First of all, how low is your car currently sitting? What type and size wheels/tires do you have... offset?

If your rollin on 195/50/15's or 205/50/15's, I know for sure they shouldn't be rubbing at all with no wheel gap between the tire and fender.

You said you're feeling vibrations while turning.... it could be a bad axle.

actually 195-45-15s and i dont think they should either, its rubbing when i turn right and the inner part of the wheel rubs up against my fender splash guard lip, its the inner lip by the struts, not the lip where you would fender roll

the vibration is from rubbing against the fender splash guard

dude not to be a dick but that is not my problem, its rubbing on the inside of the fender toward the shock/struts, not the outside toward the body, rolling my fenders wont do ****
