Ok a buddy of mine gave me an ls block(B18A1)and i was gonna hot tank and then do a mild street ls/v build with a B16B head/tranny or maby just a B16A2. This is the problem though. I love D series power!!! I can't decide if I wanna build my D or not considering i spent nothing on the B block(also have the head for the ls and a B20 head that was also free lol. sry Ok here is where it gets even tougher. I have a cx so that means D15B8. Ok i know the tranny has too go, and i need a head for it(cheap tho). Anyway one thing I have serched but still can't decide is about the D15B8 block being any good? No its not the D15B vtec guys its the crappy gas sipper(like 90hp)that gets 45mpg! So any help on what to do, and yes i know its up too me but some help please...Main thing is I just can't find out if people use that block or not for like mini-me's and all? :scratches head: Well thanks for reading if you got this far and thanks ahead for any help. build the ls vtec. You'll be alot happier with the output if you do it correctly.

 

of course i would do it right...i have read so many right ups and would get new everything like bearings,fasteners(arp),ge kit, might even send block too ge... So no one knows about the D15B8???
