hello all! 1st post and i need some help

i have a 2004 accord ex 4cyl with 58000 miles on it and i getting upset. i am only getting 18 miles to the gallon. My gas light comes on at 296 miles per tank, sometimes 301, then back to 293...nothing over 305......

i have replaced my tires, spark plugs, tried "dry" gas and had it on the computer - they said nothing was wrong!!!

i dont drive it hard and i am only in town about 5 min. a day.

no check engine light....nothing!!!!!

Please Help!!!!!!

 

You can raise your tire pressures and have your injectors cleaned. I would be willing to bet some of it may be operator related, acceleration will EAT your mileage even if you don't speed.
