so i'm about to leave to go camping in a few hours and i was planning on taping up my front end to avoid rock chips n such... if i tape up my car today and leave it on for a few days would it be ok? it will most likely be parked in the sun for about 4 days and i don't know if it will leave any marks or be tough to remove after..

am i good to just leave it on until i get back?

or should i remove it when i get there and tape it up again before i come back?

any other tips would be great!

 

I've left the tape on for about four days before. All I did was wash and wax my teg and then applied the painters tape. Everything came out perfect when I took it off.

 

If i see one more car covered in painters tape i'm going to kick someone right in the *****!

you wil be fine... just make sure you wax it before you apply it, and make sure to wash/wax it when you get back

plannin on a 2 1/2 -3 hr drive to nopi nats i was thinkin on usin some painters tape
