wilwood big brake install on my 04 tsx
Heres all the parts scattered and ready!

after unbolting the wheel we got to take a look at the old:

you have to unbolt these two guys here..ususally a 17mm will do the trick..it helps if you turn the wheel towards you to allow more space

as you unbolt the caliper make sure you have something near by to put the caliper on, you do not want it dangling by the brake lines, and you dont want to undo those yet a jack stand worked nicely:

using the braket and bolts supplied, bolt on the rotor and caliper as my buddy does here:

now comes the tricky part you have to unbolt the brake lines...this gave us trouble because the top bolt wouldnt catch and the bottom bolt is circular, i couldnt take a clear enough picture of this but we used a wrench and finally got it off..once you do that connect the new lines and bleed out the lines...you do this by having a guy get in a pump the brakes we did 5 pushes and hold down release and do that over and over a few times until the fluid is drained and pressure is solid and add some fluid and move on..it will look like this when all connected

do that on the other corner!

this is for our JDMups.com shop car so it was sponsored by fastbrakes.com, but i believe they are selling the kit for 1000, the stock size is much smaller i believe stock front is like 11.8 and these are 12.76, there is a clear difference but we are still breaking them in so we have to go easy for now

There are far fewer pads available for the 6 pots... and a shortage of any real track compounds.
