I have a 93 b18b1 ls Block. with a 94-01 b18 head and are the cam bearing caps different? i have the pr4-1 caps but will they fit on a pr4-6 head? they hold the cams to tight they cant spin(move a little when i turn with a wrench) at all on one side. help!!!!!

 

Are the cams the same to the new head or the old one? I'd get a digital micrometer and measure inside bores of the cam caps and measure the cam journals. Might not be able to use those cams.

 

they are 94 - 01 cams but i have to order some 94-01 cam caps tonight from autozone so thanx for the help my other forumed helped me so.... appreciate yah
