Default code 9- cylinder position sensor. i know its been covered but i cant find an answer!

Ok guys i search and find a million topics on this but here is what mine is doing..

I have an lsvtec that i recently had dyno tuned.. i had no problems with this code before i had it tuned.. It is basically stock with a set of s2 tuner series stage 1 cams. I used an ecu from the shop i had it tuned at and i ran hondata s100.

as soon as i left the shop my car started missing in between shifts and bogging somewhat.. and a very weird idle.. sometimes low sometimes high sometimes a lope.

a couple days later my check engine came on and it was code 9. I figured hey dizzy's go bad im sure thats all it is. So i ordered a brand new one and it takes 2 weeks to get here. strap it on and bam NO check engine but its still has a weird idle.. no misfire though.. YET...

Later that day i started getting the misfire again and about an hour after that my check engine is back on and i have another code 9.

Could it be the ecu i bought at the shop that is messing up every dizzy i try? I need help badly guys. An info is greatly appreciated.

Not to send you on a wild goose chase but did you do a continuity check on the wire between the plug and the ecu?
