I need a some help from you guys my IAB has been inop for a bit so i decided to check it out. Well I found the vacuum solenoid valve had no continuity and is not feeding the IAB diaphragm any vacuum so it was always stuck open.

So I know my local junk yard has a bunch of 5th gen civic's and wondering if you any of you guys know or can look if you have a solenoid valve that looks like this on your car if you have a SOHC. Thanks.

I have a 95 ex with a gsr. Oh and sorry for the crazy size phone pix its all i have.

 

I went yesterday to my local junk yard and pick up a Evap solenoid valve off an LS Tegie for a couple bucks, and installed it on my IAB vacuum tank. Works again. When I looked around I found the 5th gen civics had the same solenoid valve for the EVAP canister. Thanks for for looking out H-T!
