Default A/C not cold

After fixing the A/C to get it actually blowing, it's not cold. It's just like a fan. Do I need to add in some freon? How do I do that? It's a 97 GSR btw. Thanks guys.

Check the pressure on the low side with a gauge, it should be around 35-45 psi depending on ambient temperature. If it's low, add a bit of freon till you get to that range.
