DTmax is 68 deg C.
DT = delta temperature
In other words, the maximum temperature delta from hot side to cold side is 68 deg C
Your cold side temperature will depend on how cool you keep the hot side of the device.
For example, if you keep the hot side below:
154.4 deg F (68 deg C) you can achieve ZERO deg C (32 deg F) at the cold side.
120 deg F (48.9 deg C) you can achieve minus 19 deg C (minum 2.2 deg F) at the cold side.

hes talking about using a small thermoelectric Peltier Cooler on an air/air or air/water intercooler.
For anybody that is interested, it won't cool anything down worth a damn and is a waste of money.
