Default NO Spark on OBD1 Conversion B16

Just swapped a 1st generation B16 into an 89 HF with a OBD1 conversion. Already bought the ECU jumper harness from Boomslang Fabrication and a 91 CRX SI wiring harness from ebay which the seller already had it converted to OBD1 from Rywire.com. Everything went fine after double checking the ground and all the plugs, so I turn the key and hear the fuel kick in and the car turns over but won’t start. I checked for spark from the spark plug wire and didn’t see any, so I had my friend come over to see if my USDM P30 ECU was working and it worked fine in his car. I barrow his GSR distributor thinking my distributor was bad but still no spark? Anyone have any idea what might cause it to not spark?
My set up is
-1st generation 16A swap with P30 intake manifold converted to OBD1.
-Boomslang Fabrication ECU jumper harness with 4 wire O2 sensor.
-The engine harness is OBD1 conversion 91 CRX Si with OBD1 fuel injector clip and yes the resister box is removed.
The only thing I didn’t connect was the 2 wires (I believe its Yellow and Green) from the transmission to the harness next to the 1 wire O2 sensor because it didn’t reach.

this is what i would do, if you have the ebay sellers real name contact rywire and see if that person did in fact have the harness converted by them. then if it was done by them they can walk you through the process of fixing your car.
