Default opinions on exhuast

ok tryin to free up some air flow but places around here dont do mandrel bending unless anyone knows a place in the philly south NJ area that does....but how bad is crush bent piping???? i need to do something and need some opinions.....i know i could always buy mandrel bent peices and make my own if nessascary and weld it together like they did in SCC with some sorta muffler in there also anyone done this cause im actually thinking of doin it i dunno i have to mcuh time on my hands and im not paying 500 fo an exhaust ive made up my mind about that now

Whatever you do, DO NOT get a crimped exhaust, either find a place out of town, or buy the bends.

I only know two way of getting a cat back exhaust done. That is either get a already made cat back exhaust system from a major company or take it to a local muffler shop and have them make them a custom system for you. Although the piping at the local muffler shop isn't perfect, it's very close to mandrel bending all around.

im thinkin im gonna buy the piping and a es muffler and do it myself i have a lift so its not gonna be hard really

Almost all factory piping is crush bent (cept the R). Stay away, it's not worth your money.

definetly do it yourself...
i did mine for 107 US with muffler tip piping 2 mendrel U's and 2 mendrel 45's

Esay to do oh yeah add like 6 for the high temp black paint

thanks for the link my uncle is a welder though so thats covered im kinda new to it myself but hes good probably best in the area...

u use teh 1000 degree **** or just the 500?
