what is needed to put a b16a3 motor in 92 civic hb cx and vis versa about putting a dy6z6 into del sol.

basically I am taking the b16a3 motor from a del sol and putting it in my car and at the moment I have a 94 sohc vtec dyzy6 that I want to put in the del sol. would everything fit with little modification? What is needed ? thanks in advance.

I know del sol come with the dy6y8 motor. So it might not be hard , but I want to know from anyone that had past experience.

actually we just finished putting a '95 b16a3 into my boy's civic cx. everything bolts up (you can reuse your upper mount, etc...). wiring-wise - you'd need to run the vtec, vtec oil press, and vtec ground wires (as well as knock sensor, etc...)
you'd need (from the del sol vtec) - p30 ecu, engine harness, axles, linkage, etc...

now to put the d16z6 into the del sol vtec shell - you need the old linkage, axles, wiring harness (engine) and p28 ecu... if u wanna use ur old cx ecu and engine harness (to get the car "just" running) get a msd switch to activate the vtec. but the car won't run like it would if it had the p28 and the d16z6 engine harness...
