correct price?

I have a rear bumper that was hit and all the paint chipped off and a fender that have paint chips and a front lip that needs to be painted. i got a quote for 450 for everything. Is this a good price?

That's a good price for that much work. I'd charge around 5-700 for that much stuff done. But I'd blend the base and reclear all adjoining panels.
