First of all you need to see why you have dirt inside to begin with.

Then remove the headlight housing and you can either vacuum it out or wash it out with water. Thoroughly dry it out and seal whatever cracks or however the dirt is getting in (reflector peeling off maybe?). Then reinstall.

Make sure the bulbs are seated and sealed correctly.

wait, are you trying to just remove dirt or is your reflector actually peeling? If you're trying to remedy that, it will require baking to break the seal and clean it up accordingly.

you shouldn't have to bake anything to remove dirt buildup from the headlight housing. This is far more work than you're expecting.

but go to https://honda-tech.com/zero...52269 and follow that general direction. Be prepared to spend alot of time or money or both if you screw it up though.

If it's just dust you have in the housing cracking it open would be stupid.
See if you can rig up a shop vac with some clear vinyl hose (think hose electrical taped to the shop vac hose).

Or, if you want to get really crazy you can flush out the inside of the headlight with distilled water. Make sure it's some good distilled stuff though. Otherwise it'll leave water spots on your lens when it dries.

For both methods you should take the housing off the car. The vac method is self explanatory. The water one, just dump some water into the housing and swish it around. Dump out dirty water, repeat plenty of times until you get everything out. You can then actually use the vacuum method to suck most of the water out.

Stick the assembly in the over on 100* or so for about an hour to dry it out.

Now go find out why you have dirt in your assembly in the first place before re-installing.
