will a jdm ep3 type r gauge cluster, plug into a usdm ep3

saw a few online didnt no if any wring needed to be changed

It is plug and play but you will lose the lighting behind the heater controls. There is a simple way to fix this (just cut and ground one wire) I just can't remember which wire atm.

what about the itr cluster for a 04 rsx?just plug and play?

Use the EDM cluster with the 160 mph speedo instead of the JDM model. The JDM has a slightly higher redline starting point (the max redline is the same) and a crappy 180 km/h (112 mph).
