Default may someone help? thanks

i have an ef9 with a b16 and i noticed when i put engine in, it idled fairly high aroun 1800-2000. i was wondering what i can do to resolve this. i have checked for leaks, vaccum leaks, and timing is where it is supposed to be. also i have a check engine light code 9 which is the cyp sensor, can that be the problem??
any help would be highly appreciated.
