DPFI To MPFI ???

Default DPFI To MPFI ???

Ok, i need help ASAP! I have a 1989 Honda Civic Dx and I bought a D15B7 from a used auto parts place and now I finally got it dropped in and out with my old D15B2 but im having problems with people explaining what i need to do when coming from 2 fuel injectors to 4 fuel injectors. so someone explain this in retardism plz cuz im lost.

as of right now i know i need a fuel injector resistor box and some extra wires. what else do i need???

see, this is where i need help. the motor is out of a 93 civic its a D15B7. on that page it says i need the si intake manfiold and the injectors and all on it. well can i just use the one on my 93 civic motor are they the same???

Also, i bought a ecu with the motor i bought can i use this one or do i need the one from a Si ?

no all you dont need that intake mani. the d15b7 is mpfi so use the intake manifold and the injectors if it came with the swap when you bought it. if the engine harness is on that engine use it

what kind of ecu? spec?

i have the ecu thats for the motor. but i also have the stock D15b2 ecu and thats the one i think im gonna wire up. only i have to buy a injector resistor box.

The D15B2 is not going to work. Its a DPFI ecu.

Why the hell do you have two threads about the same problem?
