Default anyone use Raybestos rotors?

im replacing my pads and figured might as well do the rotors too. i see everyone says just to get cheapies but then the always specify autozone. advance auto sells Raybestos with a two year warranty for about $10 or so less per rotor. i'd like to save the $20-30 but don't want to risk anything. this will be used for street and autoX only.

thanks

i can handle the warping. i just don't want to be autoXing or driving on the street and have it crack. if i am risking an accident i would rather pay the $20-40.

as long as its a blank rotor you will probably never heat it up enough just autocrossing to cause an issue.

is the rotor that has the 2 yr warranty any different than the one that only has a 1 year?

I guess you can't get "re-drilled" rotors at Autozone (i.e VTEC Prelude rotors with a 4x100 pattern)?

Where can you buy those anymore anyway? I am about to need some. Hawk blues aren't the most gentle pad...)

Sorry for the thread hijack...

Have someone with a drill press drill them for you.

Measure twice, drill once.
