Japanese Headlights?

I am about to buy the japanese style headlights, not the circles...i only have two questions. What are they called?, and How much are they worth used? he telling me 1200 but i dont wanna get ripped off, i appreciate all that reply

JDM headlights. You need new front fenders, a hood, and a front bumper to be able to use them.

what year is your car
